Subscribers of GLOBE and TM networks can now access Facebook on their  mobile devices even those who don't have a smartphones as long as your phone supports a mobile browser, you can access Facebook for FREE via m.facebook.com.

Free Facebook means subscribers will not be charged when they use their phones or other mobile devices for FB access. Even if you're not connected to WI-FI, you can still enjoy the facebook without worrying of the data charges. Actually the Globe and TM users receive a notification informing of the free fb as I also receive such notification. But if you haven't receive such notice, you just need to dial *143# and select the free fb option.
